Personality: Josiah is quiet and very paranoid because of his vampire instincts. He has very good control over it, but sometimes he can get tempted and is afraid. He avoids people at all costs and is also very protective of his family and memories of them. He defends them at all times, no matter what the cost.

He is sarcastic, has a good sense of humor, and often becomes happy when it comes to music. He is devoted to music, making sure to share that bond with his daughter before he left her side. Whether she knows he turned into a vampire, he was unsure.

History: Josiah lived a normal life with his family being an only child. When he had turned 15 years old, he became very active in his church. There was rumor of angels possessing humans, and he wanted so eagerly be accepted by an angel, but never was. Years passed, and nothing ever happened. When he turned 21, he met Amitiel.

Amitiel was an angel, but she was also the love of his life. The two spent time together on earth for well over a year when she finally revealed to him what her plan was. She needed to create a nephilim in order to keep hidden weapons upon earth for Heaven to use. Agreeing to this, Josiah and Amitiel conceived a child named Aislinn.

Soon after Amitiel had given birth, she disappeared and was believed to be dead. Heartbroken, his baby girl was all he had left. He protected her with his life... until he was turned into a vampire and fed. He couldn't be cured now. He stayed distant from his daughter, but took care of her anyways. This lead to lots of distance and arguing, especially as she grew older.

He now leads a nest of vampires and tries to live in solitude, feeding on animals and keeping to himself. He does not want to lead a world of darkness and cause any problems.
